While this isn’t an all-inclusive list of amazing New York neighborhoods (it would be impossible to list them all here!), this is a compilation of popular neighborhoods based upon affordability and value. Do not consider these the only good neighborhoods in New York, as New Yorkers could give you a million reasons as to why their area is amazing. Just think of this as a starting point – because, let’s be honest, in a city of 5 boroughs, 59 community districts and hundreds of neighborhoods, the initial undertaking can be a bit overwhelming.

Sunnyside

Borough: Queens
