Dear Steinway Movers:

I wanted to send a quick note to thank the three movers who helped me last Saturday. Gary, Billy and Donald did fantastic work and really went out of their way to move some really difficult pieces.

At one point during the move, Gary said to me "now you're going to see the difference between us and a gypsy moving company." All three of them certainly gave me confidence and showed great care.

The most impressive part of the move was in regard to a couch that wouldn't fit out the front hallway. We were able to pass it out the kitchen window into my neighbor's yard. This determination went well beyond the service I expected and saved me from having to take the couch apart.

A friend of mine told me about your company and I, in turn, will let my friends
know I had a good experience with you as well.
