Matt Schwartzberg

Matt joined Steinway in 1992, and has been a vital ingredient in the company’s growth. He is responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts, including growing the business through its relationship with Atlas Van Lines as well as building and maintaining the company’s client base in the New York Metro region. A graduate of Hofstra University, with a degree in Business Management, Matt is active in the Hofstra Pride Club and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Long Island. Matt is married and has three children. Matt is a member of the Long Island chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Executive Association of New York City (EANYC).

Tim Gurtner - A1 First Class Moving

Tim has been with Steinway Moving & Storage for 10 years and has established himself as New York’s leader in providing luxury, white glove moving and storage services. As the leader of A-1’s Luxury Moving & Storage Division, Tim has built his clientele through his relationships with New York’s most well-known real estate agents. Tim has completed relocation projects in some of New York City’s most prestigious buildings including 10001 Fifth Avenue, The Dakota, The San Remo and 128 Central Park South. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio State University where he graduated Cum Laude and is a member of The Resource Group, a Manhattan-based business group and The Executive Association, a Long Island-based business group.

Laurie Koehler - A1 First Class Moving

Laurie B. Koehler

It was serendipitous that Laurie started working at Steinway Moving and Storage in July of 2012. Laurie is from a family that has been in the moving business since 1919 and brings many years of moving experience to the Steinway team. Laurie, now VP Business Administration, enjoys working with the team of coordinators, sales team and leadership to develop and implement training programs, processes, and procedures to keep Steinway Moving and Storage on the leading edge of best practices in the moving industry. Laurie is married and has two children and three grandchildren.
